Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about our products, shipping, returns, and more.
What makes Bosho different from other coffee brands?
Every bag is single origin and grown in Africa's highlands above 4,900 feet, where slower ripening builds more complex flavor and a naturally balanced caffeine profile. No blends, no filler beans, no shortcuts.
What does "single-origin" mean?
All the coffee in the bag comes from one region and one harvest, so the flavor is consistent and traceable. Commercial blends mix beans from many origins, which is why they taste different batch to batch.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 days in the continental US. Shipping is free on orders over $59.
Where is your coffee sourced from?
Kenya (Daybreak), Ethiopia's Harrar region (Iron Horse), and Burundi's Izuba washing station (Gold). We work directly with smallholder farmers in each region.
Whole bean or ground?
Your choice, at no extra cost. Whole bean keeps its freshness longest; ground is set for drip and pour over. Pick your form above the Add to Cart button.
Can I subscribe and skip a delivery?
Yes. Subscribe and save on every order, and skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account. No fees, no lock-in.
What is your return policy?
Thirty days, no questions asked. If the coffee isn't for you, send it back and we'll refund your purchase.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard. Skip the fridge and freezer, and grind just before brewing for the best cup.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Shop Pay also lets you split into four interest-free payments.
