Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the continental United States:
- Free Economy Shipping — Available on all orders over $35. Delivered within 3–5 business days via UPS.
- UPS Carrier-Calculated Rates — Expedited options are available at checkout based on your location and order weight.
International Shipping
We ship to 28 countries worldwide, including Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and more. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via DHL Express and UPS.
Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. Please note that customs clearance and local regulations may affect delivery timelines. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes for certain carrier-calculated shipping methods. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
